Former Rebel and former Senator Antonio Trillanes revealed that he tested positive for coronavirus disease. According to the former rebel, he recovered without feeling the service of the current government. At the same time, he slammed President Rodrigo Roa Duterte again.
“Sa awa ng Diyos, after six days simula nang lumala ang pakiramdam ko noong august 15, nawala ang lagnat at karamihan ng symptoms. Dahan-dahan din lumakas ang aking katawan hanggang nakapagpa-araw at nag-exercise na ako.
Finally noong August 28, or 23 days after nung lumabas ang COVID symptoms ko, nagpa-swab test uli ako at naging negative na ang resulta. Sa naging karanasan ko, nagkasakit ako ng covid at gumaling na lang nang hindi ko man lang naramdaman ang serbisyo ng gobyerno.
Ano na lang ang silbi ng one-a-week na trabaho ni Duterte para mapagaan dapat ang epekto ng pandemiya sa mga Pilipino? Walang partisipasyon ang gobyerno. Kanya-kanyang diskarte na lang ang mga Pilipino,” said Trillanes.
Trillanes also accused the current government of not doing any contact tracing. He also said that he wanted to go to the hospital when he was sick but the hospital beds are only available to patients with severe covid infections.
“Sintomas ito na hindi na-increase ng gobyerno ang capacity ng health care system natin simula noong Pebrero nang unang pumutok ang pandemyang ito,” added Former Senator Trillanes.
